1st:  When things go wrong, as they will, when that road seems all uphill, when funds are low and debts are high, we want to smile but we have to sigh.  When care is pressing us down a bit, we can rest – but must not quit!

2nd:  Life has its many twists and turns as all of us sometimes learns, and many failures turn about when we would win if we stuck it out.  Don’t give up when the pace seems slow.  We may succeed after a blow.

3rd:  Success is failure inside out, a silver tint on the clouds of doubt.  We never know how close we are!  It may be near when it seems so far.  Stick to the fight when hardest hit. When times are worst, we must not quit!
