The Lord's Protection ©

Psalm 91

​

(Chorus) Because we love the Lord, He’ll deliver us!
   He will protect us, ‘cause we know His Name!
   When we call on God, He will answer us!
   In times of trouble, He will be with us!
   He’ll rescue us in honor, and with long life ---
   He will satisfy us --- and give salvation!

1st:  We who dwell in the shelter of our God and abide in

His shadow, with God as our refuge and fortress in Whom we trust.  We’ll not fear the terror of the night nor arrows flying by day, nor the pestilence and destruction day and night.

​

2nd:  A thousand may fall at our side or ten thousand at our right hand, but it will not come anywhere near us.  We will look with our eyes and see the reward of the wicked.  God will give His angels charge to guard us in all our ways.
