Ecclesiastes 3

​

(Chorus) Whatever God does endures forever.
   It cannot be added to nor taken away.
   That which is and is to be, already has been.
   God seeks what has been driven away.

1st:  For everything, there’s a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.  A time to be born, and a time to die. A time to plant, and a time to reap.  A time to kill, and a time to heal.  A time to break down, and a time to build up.

2nd:  There’s a time to weep, and a time to laugh.  A time to mourn, and a time to dance.  A time to cast away, and a time to gather stones.  A time to embrace, and a time to refrain.

​

3rd:  There’s a time to seek, and a time to lose.  A time to keep, and a time to discard.  A time to rend, and a time to sew.  A time to be silent, and a time to speak.

​

4th:  There’s a time to love, and a time to hate.  A time for war, and a time for peace.  God appoints a time for everything.  He will judge the righteous and the wicked.
